JFAQ Enterprise is a duly registered consultancy office and had been in business since February of 2016. We offer architecture and engineering design services including construction management services.
JFAQ Enterprise is the result of the merging of its executive and administrative officers with years of experience in the field of construction industry. The company is using updated architectural and engineering design softwares that conforms with international standards.
JFAQ Enterprise research and development team is continuously working towards becoming a complete multi-disciplinary practise offering our clients the specialist individual attention and solutions required by an ever-changing project environment. We strongly believe that teamwork is the key to a harmonious working relationships that leads to success of every company. The chief executive officer is hands on in ensuring efficient and regular communication in all chains of command in all projects.
JFAQ Enterprise is backed up by professional indemnity insurance which can be extended to cover risk on any size project the firm undertakes both locally and abroad.

Advisory and review services
Advices on projects or problems, review of plans and designs, testing and quality control, appearance before commissions to give evidences and submit professional opinions
Land surveys and soil investigation, preliminary architectural / engineering design preliminary cost estimates and specific recommendations prior to actual design
Detailed plans, designs, working drawings and tender documents for biddings building permit purposes.
Assistance and advice in securing bids and analysis of bid Municipal planning & results, preparation of as-built plans, periodic site visitations and construction performance tests.
Project scheduling, monitoring, preparation of progress reports, verification and recommendation for approval of statements of work accomplished.

I am Joann Farmer - Aquino and I am the founder and Chief Executive Officer of JFAQ Enterprise.
Civil / structural engineer is my profession and had been a practicing structural design engineer and construction manager for more than three decades.
Teaching had been also my passion in the 90's and I shared my expertise as a college professor in various colleges and universities teaching engineering sciences and designs subjects.
I am truly grateful to God for the opportunity to start JFAQ Enterprise and to our team of engineers for the endeavors that we shared in order to serve the needs of our clients.
